Every tour to Bhutan is pre organised:

The minimum daily package for tourists travelling in a group of 3 persons or more is as follows:

Spring & Fall: Month of March, April, May, September, October, and November

Summer & Winter: Month of January, February, June, July, August, and December.

The Royal Government of Bhutan sets minimum selling prices for packages to Bhutan. These must be paid in US dollars prior to arrival in Bhutan.

US$ 40 (visa fee for single entry)

Travel Insurance (Must for Trekking)

US$ 30/Night, single room supplement charge for 2 Pax and above

Luxury star hotels and resorts available at an additional cost

Luxury camping/trekking can be arranged at an additional cost

Gratuities to guide, driver, trekking staff, etc.

Specialized guides (Foreign Language, Photography, Bird Watching, Buddhism, Flora and Fauna) available at an additional cost.

Surcharge:

Tourists travelling in a group of two (2) persons or less shall be subject to a surcharge, in addition to the minimum daily package rates.

These are as follows:

Single individual – US$ 40 per night

Group of 2 persons only – US$ 30 per person per night

Payment:

Tour  Payment should be made atleast 5 weeks prior to arrival, upon which we will avail the necissary tour facialaties.

Tour payment should be sent via wire transfer, we do not have credit card facilities for tour payment in Bhutan.  

Guides

Our guides are all certified and trained by the Tourism Council of Bhutan. The Tour includes English Speaking Guides. There will be extra charges for Thai speaking guides. Since there are not many language speaking guides in Bhutan, advance booking will increase the confirmation of the language speaking guides.

Travel & Medical Insurance:

We strongly advice travellers to get a comprehensive travel & medical insurance before travelling to Bhutan. If you are coming on a trek, your medical/travel insurance must include provision for evacuation by helicopter and repatriation – should this be necessary.
